The Short Answer
TimeWall handles its own disputes from inside the wall:
- Open TimeWall from your offer list
- Click the Support icon in the bottom-right of the page
- Describe the task and attach your proof
TimeWall also runs a public help centre covering the common cases, which is worth a look before you file - several of the most frequent questions are answered there already.
The timeline matters more here than on most walls. Depending on the task, crediting can take up to two weeks. If nothing has arrived after 30 days, the task most likely failed the human review stage rather than going missing.
How Long to Wait
| Elapsed time | What it means |
|---|---|
| Under 24 hours | Normal. Most tasks credit in this window; filing now is premature |
| 1-14 days | Still within the expected range for tasks that need advertiser or human review |
| Over 14 days | Worth filing a ticket with your evidence |
| Over 30 days | Most likely rejected at the review stage rather than lost |
What Your Ticket Needs
TimeWall carries a lot of short tasks, and the evidence requirements are correspondingly specific:
- The task ID. The single most important item - without it support cannot locate your session.
- Proof of completion. Whatever the task produced at the end: a confirmation screen, a receipt, a completion code. Screenshot it at the moment it appears, because most of these disappear when you close the page.
- The date and approximate time.
- Your Shark Earnings username, so the reward can be matched back to your account.
Why TimeWall Tasks Fail
- Human review. Many TimeWall tasks are checked by a person rather than automatically. That is why the timeline is longer than other walls - and why a task that looks complete to you can still be rejected.
- Incomplete requirements. Task instructions tend to be literal and specific. Missing one step of a multi-step task usually voids the whole thing.
- VPN or proxy. Tasks are geo-matched and a mismatched IP is normally an outright rejection - see our VPN and proxy policy.
- No proof kept. On short tasks the confirmation is often the only evidence that exists, and it is gone the moment you navigate away. Screenshot first, close after.
What We Can and Cannot Do
When TimeWall confirms a task, they send us a postback and we credit your balance, normally within seconds. If no postback arrives we have nothing to release - the confirmation never reached us. That is why the dispute starts with TimeWall.
What we can check is whether a postback arrived here and was rejected. If TimeWall tells you the reward was approved but your balance never moved, open a ticket with us with the task ID and date.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long before a TimeWall task counts as missing?
Up to two weeks is within the normal range for tasks needing review. After 30 days it has most likely been rejected rather than lost.
Where is the TimeWall support button?
The support icon is in the bottom-right corner of the TimeWall page, inside the wall itself.
I did not keep a screenshot. Can I still claim?
You can file, but the odds are much worse. On short tasks the completion confirmation is often the only proof that ever existed. Make screenshotting it a habit.
Why is TimeWall slower than other walls?
Many of its tasks are reviewed by a person rather than approved automatically. That adds days but is also why the tasks are generally simpler than app installs.
I have not had a reply. Should I file again?
Resubmit once after a couple of weeks with the same details. Several parallel tickets for the same task tend to slow a queue rather than speed it up.
Is TimeWall legit?
Yes. TimeWall is an established task and offer provider used across many reward platforms, and it runs a public help centre for user issues.
