CPX Research: Missing Points or Screened Out?

CPX Research pays something even when you do not qualify, and their support has a reputation for goodwill credits. Here is how to reach them and what actually counts as a fault.

The Short Answer

CPX Research keeps its help section inside the survey wall:

  • Open CPX Research from your survey list
  • Open the menu at the top-left
  • Choose Help

From there you can read their FAQ and open a support request about a specific survey. CPX has a notably good reputation among survey walls for answering quickly - responses within hours are common, and users frequently report goodwill credits or bonus percentages on their next surveys after a valid complaint.

Worth knowing before you complain: CPX states that it rewards users even when they do not qualify. If you were screened out and received a small amount rather than nothing, that is the system working as designed - not a missing reward.

Screenout or Fault? Know Which You Had

This distinction decides whether a ticket is worth filing, and most people get it wrong.

A screenout is normal

Surveys begin with qualifying questions that check whether you match the study's target group - age, region, product ownership, habits. If you do not match, the survey ends early. That is a screenout, it happens to everyone constantly, and CPX pays a small consolation amount for it rather than the full reward.

Reporting a screenout as a missing reward will not produce the full payout, because the full payout was never earned.

A completion that did not credit is a fault

If you answered every question, reached the closing or thank-you screen, and nothing arrived, that is a genuine fault and exactly what support exists for. File it.

The grey case: a long survey that screened you out late

Being dropped twenty minutes into a survey is infuriating and is the most common complaint about every survey wall, CPX included. It is not technically a fault - the profiling can fail at any point - but it is precisely the situation where CPX's goodwill credits tend to appear. A polite, factual ticket is worth sending.

What to Include

What to includeWhy it matters
The survey IDThe single most useful item - it identifies the exact session
Date and approximate timeLets support find the session without the ID
How far you gotWhether you reached the end screen or were dropped partway decides the case
A screenshot of the closing screenThe strongest evidence that you completed rather than screened out

Screenshot the thank-you screen as a habit. On surveys it is the only proof that exists, and it disappears the moment you close the tab.

Why Survey Rewards Fail

  • VPN or proxy. Surveys are matched to your country and demographic profile. A mismatched IP invalidates the session outright - see our VPN and proxy policy.
  • Inconsistent answers. Survey platforms plant duplicate and trap questions. Contradicting yourself, or answering faster than the study considers plausible, gets the response discarded as low quality.
  • Closing the tab too early. The reward fires on the redirect back from the survey. Closing the window at the thank-you screen before the redirect completes can lose it.
  • Profile mismatch. If your Shark Earnings profile says one thing and your survey answers say another, you will be screened out repeatedly. Keeping your profile accurate genuinely raises your qualification rate.

What We Can and Cannot Do

CPX confirms a completion and sends us a postback; we credit your balance when it arrives, normally within seconds. Without a postback there is nothing on our side to release. Disputes about whether a survey counted belong with CPX.

What we can check is whether a postback arrived and was rejected here. If CPX tells you the reward was sent but your balance never moved, open a ticket with us with the survey ID and date.

Frequently Asked Questions

I was disqualified after answering lots of questions. Do I get anything?

CPX rewards users even when they do not qualify, so you should receive a small amount rather than nothing. If you received nothing at all after a long survey, that is worth a ticket.

How fast does CPX Research reply?

Quickly by offerwall standards - users commonly report answers within hours, and goodwill credits or bonus percentages on subsequent surveys after a valid complaint.

Why do I keep getting screened out?

Usually a profile mismatch. Surveys target specific demographics, and inconsistent answers between your profile and your survey responses cause repeated screenouts. Keeping your profile accurate raises your qualification rate.

Does rushing through a survey affect my reward?

Yes. Studies track response time and plant consistency checks. Answering faster than the study considers plausible gets the response discarded as low quality, with no reward.

I closed the tab at the thank-you screen and got nothing.

The reward fires on the redirect back from the survey. Closing before that completes can lose it. Wait for the page to return you before closing anything.

Is CPX Research legit?

Yes. CPX Research is one of the longest-established survey providers in this space and is used across a large number of reward platforms.
