By participating in the Shark Earnings Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. This Program allows verified users to earn commissions by inviting new users to our platform.

1. Eligibility & Access
Referrer Requirements: To participate as a Referrer, you must have an active, verified Shark Earnings account in good standing, be at least 16 years old (or meet minimum age in your region), have completed email verification, maintain no recent Terms of Service violations, and show legitimate earning activity on your account.
Referred User Requirements: For referral rewards to be credited, referred users must create a new account using your unique referral link or code, be a genuine new user (not an existing user creating additional accounts), and complete at least one task to qualify.
2. Commission Structure
Dynamic Commission Rates: Our tiered commission system rewards active referrers with increasing rates based on performance:
- 5%: $0+ total earnings from referrals
- 6%: $10+ total earnings from referrals
- 7%: $25+ total earnings from referrals
- 8%: $50+ total earnings from referrals
- 9%: $100+ total earnings from referrals
- 10%: $450+ total earnings from referrals
- 15%: $2,350+ total earnings + $250+ in last 30 days
- 20%: $9,900+ total earnings + $1,150+ in last 30 days
- 25%: $49,000+ total earnings + $5,850+ in last 30 days
Payment Processing: Commissions are credited instantly to your account balance with no minimum threshold. Real-time tracking is available in your dashboard, and earned commissions are immediately available for withdrawals. You earn lifetime commissions from every task your referrals complete.
3. Referral Usage & Tracking
Referral System: Each participant receives a unique referral link available in your account dashboard, personal referral code for manual entry during registration, custom landing pages with embedded tracking, and real-time statistics and performance analytics.
Attribution Rules: Referral relationships are established permanently upon successful registration. Manual code entry is valid until account creation is completed, and attribution cannot be transferred between existing accounts.
4. Prohibited Activities
Account Fraud Prevention: The following activities result in immediate program suspension or termination: creating fake accounts or self-referrals, using family members' information without consent, operating multiple accounts from the same device without disclosure, employing automated tools for signup generation, and purchasing referral traffic from questionable sources.
Marketing Violations: Prohibited activities include sending unsolicited communications (spam), making false claims about earning potential, impersonating Shark Earnings staff, promoting links on inappropriate platforms, and using misleading descriptions of our services.
Technical Circumvention: Forbidden actions include manipulating referral tracking systems, using VPNs to create artificial diversity, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, and creating artificial traffic through click farms.
5. Fraud Detection
Automated Monitoring: Our security systems continuously monitor for unusual signup patterns, multiple accounts from similar IP addresses, rapid account creation followed by inactivity, and coordinated activity suggesting artificial referral networks.
Enforcement Actions: First warning includes educational notice with monitoring. Temporary suspension involves 30-day program suspension with commission hold. Permanent ban results in complete removal with commission forfeiture. Account termination includes full platform ban for severe violations.
6. Program Termination
Program Updates: Shark Earnings reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable advance notice, update program terms and eligibility requirements, introduce new features or restrictions, and temporarily suspend the program for maintenance or improvements.
Individual Account Actions: Individual participation may be terminated for repeated violations of program terms or platform policies, fraudulent activity or system manipulation attempts, and failure to maintain active account status.
7. Data Privacy
Information Collection: We collect referral data to track and attribute referral relationships accurately, calculate and distribute commission payments, prevent fraud and maintain program integrity, provide performance analytics to referrers, and comply with legal requirements.
Data Protection: Referred user personal information is never shared with referrers. Only aggregated performance data is provided (earnings, activity counts). All referral data is encrypted and securely stored with limited access to authorized personnel only. Data retention follows our standard privacy policy guidelines.
Privacy Rights: Referrers can request their referral data at any time. Referred users can opt out of referral tracking. Both parties can request data deletion in accordance with applicable laws. All privacy rights outlined in our main Privacy Policy apply to referral data.
