First: it is usually just slow
Tracking is not instant. When you finish an offer, the partner confirms it on their side and then sends us a server-to-server notification. Some partners send that within seconds. Others batch it, or deliberately hold a conversion for a period before reporting it, particularly on game offers with level requirements.
So before troubleshooting anything: if it has been less than a few hours, wait. A large share of "missing" rewards arrive on their own.
What actually breaks tracking
When an offer genuinely fails to register, it is nearly always one of these five, and all of them happen at the moment you click through rather than when you complete:
| Cause | Why it breaks |
|---|---|
| Ad blocker or privacy extension | Blocks the click-tracking redirect, so the partner never records that you started. Nothing links the completion back to your account. |
| VPN or proxy | Your country no longer matches the offer, so the conversion is rejected or reversed. See the VPN policy. |
| Blocked cookies or private browsing | Many partners still identify the session by cookie. Strict privacy settings and incognito windows discard it. |
| App already installed | Install offers usually require a genuinely new install. If the app is already on the device, or was installed before, it will not count. |
| Leaving before the redirect finishes | Closing the tab during the redirect chain can drop the tracking parameter before it reaches the partner. |
The habit that prevents most of this. Start every offer by clicking through from the Earn page in a normal browser window, with ad blocking and VPN off, and let the redirect complete before you touch anything. Then read the requirements in full - a level target or a spend requirement missed by one step pays nothing at all.
The 24-hour rule
This is the part worth understanding properly, because it determines who can help you.
Within 24 hours: open a Missing Reward ticket. Support can look at what arrived on our side and chase it.
After 24 hours: the partner has to verify it directly. We do not have access to their tracking data, which means there is no record on our side to credit from - it is not a matter of willingness. The Support Center will point you to the right provider so you can contact them yourself.
When you do, send them:
- The exact offer name as it appeared
- The date and approximate time you completed it
- Your user ID
- A screenshot proving completion - the in-app level screen, the confirmation email, the receipt
Take the screenshot as you finish, not later. Partner disputes are decided almost entirely on evidence. A screenshot of the completed level or confirmation screen, taken at the time, is the difference between a credited offer and a closed ticket. On any offer worth more than a few cents, this is worth the two seconds.
Related but different problems
- It credited, then disappeared. That is a reversal, not a tracking failure - the partner cancelled a conversion they had already reported. See what a chargeback is and why your balance decreased.
- It shows as pending or held. It tracked correctly and is under review. Nothing is lost; it lands when the review completes.
- Surveys screening you out repeatedly. Not a tracking fault. Completing your profile properly reduces it - see the offer types guide.
