Nothing is lost
Start here, because it is the question behind the question: a rejected withdrawal does not cost you money. The full amount goes back to your balance, fee included. You can request it again once the cause is fixed.
The four checks a payout has to pass
Almost every rejection is one of these, and the message tells you which.

| Effective minimum higher than expected | The net amount that actually reaches you must be at least $1.00. With the $0.25 minimum fee, that makes $1.25 the real floor for a cash payout. |
| Payment details error | The recipient address was not accepted - a mistyped PayPal email, a wallet address for the wrong network, or a country the method does not cover. |
The available balance one catches people most. If the site shows $8.00 but refuses a $7.00 withdrawal, some of that balance is locked behind a wagering requirement. The error message tells you the available figure - work from that number, not the headline balance.
The fee sits in the middle
Your balance is reduced by the gross amount you request, and the recipient gets that minus the fee. Both numbers have to work: the gross must be at or above the method minimum, and the net must reach $1.00.
This is why $1.10 is refused on PayPal even with a healthy balance - after the $0.25 minimum fee only $0.85 would arrive. The full arithmetic is in the withdrawal fees article, and the per-method figures in minimum withdrawal amounts.
Get the recipient details right
You are responsible for the payment information you enter. A payout sent to a PayPal address you mistyped goes to that address, and it cannot be recalled. Any fees from failed or returned payments caused by wrong details may be deducted from your balance - that is set out in the Terms of Service.
Check the address character by character before confirming. It is thirty seconds against an unrecoverable payment. For PayPal specifically, see the PayPal verification guide.
Pending is not rejected
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and most complete within a few hours. Verification requirements, withdrawal volume and account activity can extend that. A request sitting in pending is still in the normal queue - it has not been declined, and opening a ticket about it before the 24 hours are up will not move it along.
Held for verification? Larger or unusual payouts can be reviewed before release, and identity verification may be required. That is a normal anti-fraud step rather than a rejection - see why KYC verification matters and what to do if verification fails.
What to do next
- Read the error message - it names the check that failed.
- Fix that one thing: raise the amount, clear the wagering requirement, or correct the address.
- Request again. Nothing was consumed by the failed attempt.
