The rule in two lines
One account per person. You can sign into that one account from as many of your own devices as you like - phone, tablet, laptop, work computer. Nobody minds how many devices you use.
One person per device. A device that has been used by one account cannot then be used by a second account. This is the half people get caught by.
What is explicitly allowed
- Your account on your phone and your laptop, at the same time.
- Switching between devices mid-session.
- Using mobile data at home and Wi-Fi elsewhere.
- Travelling and signing in from a different country.
None of this is suspicious and none of it needs to be declared.
What is prohibited
- A second account, for any reason. Not for a fresh welcome bonus, not because you forgot a password, not a "backup". Recovering the original account is always the correct route.
- Two accounts on one device. Each device links to a single account permanently.
- Two accounts in one household. The Terms of Service state this directly: creating multiple accounts within the same household is prohibited, and device fingerprinting plus IP analysis are used to enforce it.
- Sharing your login. Handing credentials to somebody else is treated the same as running two accounts.
The household rule is the strict one. Two genuine people living at the same address, each with their own phone, still register as a household on a shared connection. If that is your situation, contact support before the second account starts earning rather than after it is flagged.
The awkward cases
Three situations come up regularly and none of them is obviously fraud:
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| A partner or sibling wants their own account at the same address | Ask support first. It is reviewed case by case; going ahead quietly is what turns it into a ban. |
| You bought a second-hand phone that a previous owner used here | Contact support with the details. The device carries the earlier link and support can look at it - do not just start earning and hope. |
| Shared computer at a library, school or office | Avoid it. If somebody else has already used the platform on that machine, your account inherits the association. |
In all three cases the pattern is the same: a message beforehand costs nothing, while an unexplained second account on a known device looks exactly like farming.
Why it is enforced this hard
Welcome bonuses, the free Welcome Spin and new-member reward codes are all one-per-account by design. If second accounts were tolerated, those bonuses would be farmed rather than used, and the money for them would come out of what is available for everyone else.
The same logic applies to referrals. Referring yourself through a second account is the most common form of affiliate fraud, which is why the referral programme rules single it out.
Consequences
Under the anti-fraud addendum, a confirmed multi-account violation can mean immediate suspension or a permanent ban, confiscation of the earnings involved, and a permanent block on the device fingerprint and IP address. In practice both accounts are affected, not just the newer one - so a second account puts the original at risk too. See what happens when an account is banned for fraud.
Locked out rather than banned? If you simply cannot get into your account, that is a recovery problem and not a reason to register again. Use the password reset, and if that fails, contact support. Creating a replacement account turns a solvable problem into a permanent one.
