Our Zero-Tolerance Policy on Fraud
To protect the integrity of our platform and our relationships with our partners, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of fraudulent activity.
What is considered fraud?
Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following actions as outlined in our Terms of Service. The two rules broken most often are the one account per person policy and the VPN and proxy policy:
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to hide or fake your location
- Creating or using more than one account per person
- Providing false or inconsistent information on surveys and offers
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to complete tasks
- Using fake documents or photos during identity verification
What are the consequences?
If your account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, the ban is typically permanent and irreversible. All earnings in your account will be forfeited, and you will not be permitted to create a new account on Shark Earnings.
Can I appeal a ban?
If you believe your account was banned in error, you have the right to appeal - see how to contact support. Please contact our support team at support@sharkearnings.com with the subject line "Ban Appeal". Please provide any relevant information or evidence to support your case. Note that decisions made after a thorough manual review are final.
Why this policy? This policy is essential to ensure a fair and rewarding environment for all of our honest users. Fraud affects everyone on the platform and our partner relationships.
