The Short Answer
AdscendMedia attaches a claim link to each individual offer, which makes this one of the more straightforward walls to dispute:
- Open the AdscendMedia wall from your offer list
- Select Support in the top-right corner
- Open Offer History
- Find the offer and click Missing Points?
There is also a ticket icon shown directly next to each offer, which opens the same claim. If neither is reachable, AdscendMedia accepts user enquiries at [email protected].
Claim against the specific offer, not in general. The Missing Points link carries the offer and session details with it automatically. A general message without that context takes far longer to resolve, if it can be resolved at all.
What to Send
| What to include | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The offer name | Identifies which conversion you are disputing |
| Date and approximate time of completion | Narrows the log search |
| Screenshots of the completed requirement | The level screen, receipt or confirmation email |
| Your Shark Earnings username | Lets the reward be matched back to your account |
Before You Claim
AdscendMedia carries a lot of multi-milestone game offers - reach depth 100, then depth 550, then depth 900 and so on. Two things follow from that structure:
- Partial crediting is normal. Early milestones arriving while later ones have not is usually a timing matter, not a fault. Give the outstanding ones at least a day.
- Milestones are literal. "Reach depth 550" means the counter showing 550, not 549 plus a long session. Re-read the exact wording before claiming.
The two unrecoverable causes are the usual ones. A pre-existing install means attribution went elsewhere and cannot be reassigned - uninstall first, install through the offer link. A VPN or proxy normally causes an outright rejection that support cannot override; see our VPN and proxy policy.
What We Can and Cannot Do
When AdscendMedia confirms a milestone, they send us a postback and we credit your balance, usually within seconds. If no postback arrives there is nothing here to release - the confirmation never reached us. That is why the claim starts on their side.
What we can check is whether a postback arrived and was rejected here, which is fixable. If AdscendMedia tells you the reward was approved but your balance never moved, open a ticket with us with the offer name and date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly is the Missing Points link?
Support in the top-right corner of the wall, then Offer History, then Missing Points? next to the offer. A ticket icon beside each offer opens the same form.
How long should I wait first?
At least 24 hours. Milestone confirmations pass through the advertiser before AdscendMedia sees them, so same-day claims are usually premature.
Only some milestones credited.
Usually normal on multi-step offers. Each milestone credits as it is confirmed and later ones often lag behind your in-game progress.
Can I email instead?
Yes, [email protected] handles user enquiries. Include the offer name, date, screenshots and your username - the in-wall claim is still faster because it carries the session details automatically.
Can Shark Earnings credit me instead?
We credit what the partner confirms. Without a postback there is nothing to release. We will always check whether one arrived and was rejected on our end.
Is AdscendMedia legit?
Yes. AdscendMedia is a long-established offerwall and advertising network used across many reward platforms, with a documented user support route.
