The Short Answer
Lootably gives you two routes, and both need the same identifier:
- In the wall: open Lootably from your offer list and press the Support button in the top corner
- By email: open the Support tab at the top right of the wall, copy your Lootably ID from there, then email [email protected] with the ID included
The Lootably ID is not optional. It is how your account is identified on their side, and a ticket without it cannot be matched to anything. Copy it from the Support tab before you write the email - not after.
What to Send
| What to include | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Your Lootably ID | Found on the Support tab of the wall. Without it, nothing can be located |
| The offer name | Identifies which conversion you are disputing |
| Date and time of completion | Narrows the log search on their side |
| Screenshots proving completion | The in-game screen, receipt or confirmation email |
User reports on Lootably's response time vary, but resolutions inside 24 hours are common when the ticket is complete on the first attempt. A ticket that prompts a follow-up question adds days.
Before You Report
Three checks that account for most closed-without-payout cases:
- Give it time first. Offer conversions pass through the advertiser before Lootably sees them. Same-day claims on an app or game offer are usually premature.
- Check for a pre-existing install. If the app was on your device before you clicked the offer, attribution went elsewhere and cannot be reassigned. Uninstall first, install through the offer link.
- Turn off any VPN. Offers are geo-matched, and a mismatched IP is normally an outright rejection that support cannot override. See our VPN and proxy policy.
Lootably carries a lot of multi-milestone game offers - install, then reach a level, then reach a later level. On those, earlier milestones crediting while later ones lag is normal rather than a fault.
What We Can and Cannot Do
When Lootably confirms a conversion, they send us a postback and your balance updates, usually within seconds. If no postback arrives we have nothing to release, because the confirmation never reached us. That is why the dispute starts on their side.
What we can check is whether a postback arrived and was rejected here, which is fixable. If Lootably tells you the reward was approved but your balance did not move, open a ticket with us with the offer name and date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where exactly is my Lootably ID?
On the Support tab at the top right of the Lootably wall. It is displayed there for copying. Grab it before you email, since the email is useless without it.
How quickly does Lootably reply?
Reports vary, with many resolutions inside 24 hours when the ticket includes everything needed. Incomplete tickets take considerably longer because of the back and forth.
Only some milestones credited on a game offer.
Usually normal. Milestones credit individually as the advertiser confirms them, and later ones often lag behind your in-game progress. Wait a day before reporting.
I already had the game installed. Can it be fixed?
No. Attribution belongs to whoever the original install was credited to, and it cannot be reassigned afterwards. Uninstall and reinstall through the offer link next time.
Can Shark Earnings credit me instead?
We credit what the partner confirms. Without a postback there is nothing to release. We will always check whether one arrived and was rejected on our end.
Is Lootably legit?
Yes. Lootably is a long-established offerwall used across many reward platforms, with a working support channel. Like every wall, it rejects conversions that fail advertiser checks.
