MyChips Not Crediting? How to Claim It

MyChips takes up to 72 hours to process a reward. If yours is late, here is the exact claim route inside the wall, the email fallback, and the two details your ticket must contain.

The Short Answer

MyChips handles reward disputes inside its own wall, attached to the specific task you completed:

  • Open the MyChips wall from your offer list
  • Click Support in the top menu of the wall
  • Select the offer that is missing its reward
  • Select the specific task or tasks you completed
  • Fill in the form with as much detail as you can and submit

If you cannot reach the in-wall form, MyChips also accepts tickets by email at [email protected]. Include the same details either way.

Wait 72 hours first. MyChips states that offer partners can take up to three days to process a reward. A large share of "missing" MyChips rewards simply have not finished processing, and claiming early usually means waiting twice.

The Two Details That Decide Your Claim

MyChips asks for two things specifically, and a ticket without them generally cannot be resolved no matter how good your screenshots are:

What to includeWhy it matters
Your User IDYour unique identifier inside the offer or game - not your Shark Earnings username. This is what links your in-game progress to the reward
The start dateWhen you began the offer. Advertisers match conversions by session window, so the date narrows the search
Screenshots of the completed taskThe level screen, receipt or in-app confirmation
The offer and task nameMyChips offers are frequently multi-task; say which task specifically

The User ID is the one people miss. It is shown inside the game or app itself, usually in the settings or profile screen - not on Shark Earnings. Screenshot it while you still have the app installed.

Why MyChips Offers Fail to Credit

MyChips carries a large volume of multi-task app and game offers, and that structure produces predictable failure modes:

  • A pre-existing install. If the app was already on your device before you clicked the offer, the install cannot be attributed to you and no task will credit. Uninstall first, install through the offer link.
  • Partial task completion. Multi-task offers credit per task. Earlier tasks crediting while later ones do not is usually normal - the later ones are still within the 72-hour window.
  • VPN or proxy. Offers are geo-matched and a mismatched IP is normally an outright rejection. See our VPN and proxy policy.
  • Uninstalling too early. Removing the app before every task has credited can void the ones still pending.

What We Can and Cannot Do

When MyChips confirms a task, they send us a postback and we credit your balance, usually within seconds. If no postback arrives there is nothing on our side to release - we never received the confirmation. That is why the claim has to start with MyChips.

What we can check is whether a postback reached us and was rejected, which happens occasionally and is fixable. If MyChips tells you the reward was approved but your balance never moved, open a ticket with us with the offer name and date.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I wait before claiming?

72 hours. MyChips states that offer partners can take up to three days to process rewards, and claims filed earlier are usually closed as premature.

What is my User ID and where do I find it?

It is your identifier inside the game or app, not your Shark Earnings username. Look in the app's settings or profile screen. Screenshot it before you uninstall anything.

Some tasks credited but others did not.

Normal on multi-task offers, at least at first. Each task credits separately as it is confirmed. Give the outstanding ones the full 72 hours before treating them as missing.

Can I email instead of using the wall form?

Yes, [email protected] accepts tickets. Include your in-game User ID, the start date, the offer and task name, and your screenshots - the same details the form asks for.

Can Shark Earnings pay me directly instead?

We credit what the partner confirms. Without a postback we have nothing to pay out from. We will always check whether one arrived and was rejected on our side.

Is MyChips legit?

Yes. MyChips is one of the largest sources of completed offers on Shark Earnings. User reports about its support are mixed - some resolved quickly, others slow - which makes a complete first ticket worth the extra two minutes.
