The Short Answer

ayeT-Studios handles disputes inside the wall, attached to the specific offer:

• Open the ayeT-Studios wall from your offer list
• Press the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner
• Choose Reward Status
• Select the pending offer, then press Submit support ticket

Wait 24 hours after completing the offer before you file. And file it from the same app or site where you clicked the offer in the first place - a ticket opened from somewhere else cannot be matched to your click.

The Seven Documented Causes

Unusually for an offerwall, ayeT-Studios publishes the reasons an offer fails to credit. Every one of them is worth knowing before you begin, because six of the seven are unrecoverable afterwards.

1. You installed the app through another provider first

If the app was installed via a different offerwall, ad network or store visit, the attribution belongs to whoever got there first. Yours will never credit. This is the most common cause by a distance.

2. You used multiple devices

Clicking on one device and playing on another breaks the chain. Start and finish on the same phone.

3. You installed but never launched the app

An install on its own is not a conversion. The app has to be opened, and usually opened while online, for the install event to fire.

4. You did not reach the conversion event

Read the offer's requirement literally. "Reach level 20" means the level screen, not level 19 plus a long session. Multi-step offers credit per step and each step has its own trigger.

5. You had no working data connection

Conversions are reported over the network. Completing a milestone offline and only reconnecting later can lose the event entirely.

6. You reset your device ID too many times

Advertising ID resets are treated as a fraud signal. Frequent resets can make your device untrustworthy to the network, and offers will stop crediting across the board rather than just once.

When ayeT-Studios confirms a conversion, they send us a postback and we credit your balance, normally within seconds. If no postback arrives, we have nothing to release - the confirmation never reached us. That is why the dispute has to start on their side.

What we can check is whether a postback arrived and was rejected on our end. If ayeT-Studios tells you the reward was approved but your balance never moved, open a ticket with us and we will check the log.

With a wall whose support is this slow, the appeal is the weak tool and preparation is the strong one. Before any ayeT-Studios offer: uninstall the app if you already have it, turn off your VPN, stay on one device, keep a data connection, and screenshot the moment you hit the requirement.
