The chat is on Discord

The public chat moved to our Discord server. The Community Chat page on the site is a live mirror of it - you can read the latest messages there without an account, but you cannot post from that page. To take part, join the server at discord.gg/sharkearnings.

Moving it there was a practical decision. Notifications, threads, roles and proper moderation tools all exist on Discord and would have taken months to rebuild badly on-site.

What gets you removed

Access to the community is a privilege rather than a right, and the following will cost you it:

• Begging. Asking other members or staff for money, coins, loans or free items.
• Spam. Repeating the same message, excessive capitals, or flooding a channel.
• Self-promotion. Posting referral links, promoting other earning sites, or advertising services. This one catches people out most often - see the referral programme rules, which prohibit posting links on inappropriate platforms generally.
• Harassment. Bullying, hate speech, racism, or insulting members or staff.
• Account-specific support in public. Bans, rejected withdrawals and held balances are not public matters. They also cannot be resolved by anyone reading the channel.

Why the last one really matters

Posting "my withdrawal was rejected" in a public channel does two things, and neither helps you. It exposes details about your account to strangers, and it puts you at the top of the list for the fake-admin scam: somebody with a copied name and avatar will message you privately within minutes, offering to fix it.

Nobody from Shark Earnings will ever open a private conversation to resolve a problem you did not raise through the proper channel, and nobody will ask for your password. Read the account security tips before replying to anyone who does.

Enforcement

1. Message deletion or a warning - the usual first response.
2. Timeout - you cannot post for a set period.
3. Removal from the server - permanent loss of community access.

Losing chat access does not close your Shark Earnings account. You can still earn and withdraw normally. The reverse is not true, though: behaviour that breaks the Terms of Service - coordinating multi-accounting, sharing exploits, selling accounts - is an account matter as well as a chat one.

For anything account-specific, use the proper route rather than the chat. It is private, it reaches someone who can actually act, and it leaves a record - see how to contact support.

General questions - which offers pay best, whether an offerwall is worth trying, how the race works - are exactly what the community is for, and you will usually get a faster answer there than anywhere else.
