Understanding the Bonus Lock

Think of a bonus as a locked treasure chest. The bonus requirement is the key you need to unlock it so you can withdraw the cash. Until it is cleared, the locked amount is excluded from your available balance, which is a common reason a payout is refused - see why a withdrawal was rejected.

What is it?

When you receive a bonus, the money is added to your account instantly. However, before you can withdraw that bonus money, you need to earn a certain amount from completing tasks to unlock it. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and abuse. Your total balance is still yours - only the locked bonus portion is restricted, so you can withdraw the rest immediately.

Which bonuses come with a bonus lock?

Only one source carries a bonus lock:

Everything else is yours to withdraw straight away. Referral Race prizes, Daily Race rewards, daily challenges, streaks, mission milestones and Weekly Lottery winnings all arrive with no lock at all - you earned those through your own activity, so there is nothing to clear.

How it Works (Multiplier)

A reward code is a gift that arrives without any activity behind it, so it carries a 5x multiplier. You simply "earn through" the required amount once to unlock it.

Crucial Note: You do NOT lose any money! You keep the bonus AND the money you earned to unlock it. It is simply a temporary lock on part of your balance until you engage with the site - the rest of your balance stays withdrawable the whole time.

What counts towards clearing the requirement?

Only legitimate earnings from completing tasks reduce your bonus lock:

• Earnings from completing any offer on our partner walls (MyChips, BitLabs, CPX Research, etc.)
• Earnings from completing any survey on our partner walls (Theoremreach, BitLabs, etc.)
• All verified and credited offerwall activities

What does NOT count towards clearing?

Other bonuses and passive income do not reduce your bonus lock:

• Additional reward code bonuses (these add more to the lock)
• Referral commissions
• Any earnings not from direct offer/survey completion

Where can I track my progress?

We believe in full transparency. You can easily track your bonus lock progress at any time:

1. Go to the Cash Out page.
2. Look for the "Bonus" amount next to your Total and Available balance.
3. Tap the info icon to see exactly how much more you need to earn to clear it.
4. You'll also see which bonuses contributed to the lock.
5. Once complete, it will disappear, and your full balance becomes withdrawable!
